Research has shown that these fires are mostly caused by the faulty installation of especially electric components like connectors and cabling. Major solar panel suppliers have good intentions but their subcontractors sometimes think differently and do not always use the prescribed components.
Like all equipment solar panel systems need servicing and maintenance. By doing this once in a few years, yield will stay on a high level and quality rests assured.
With the proper maintenance solar panel will last about 30 years. The costs are low and quickly paid back thanks to the many advantages of solar panels. With a subscription for periodical inspection, together with you we make sure that your system remains safe and the risks for fire is kept at a minimum.
Inquire about the possibilitiesOnce a year our inspector visits your premises to inspect the system for proper operation, overheating of connectors and cabling and checks for hotspots (up to a maximum of 16 panels) inclusive a inspection report.
The cost of this subscription on the basis of three years amounts to 1000 euro vat excl. a year
Twice a year our inspector visits your premises to inspect the system for proper operation, overheating of the connectors and cabling and checks for hotspots to a maximum of 25 panels, inclusive a written report and advice.
The costs for this subscription on the basis of three years amount to 1700 euros excl. VAT a year.
Technical installations
A thermographic survey is not restricted to solar panels. Also technical installations can well be reviewed on overheating so serious damager or worse can be avoided.
Especially in industry where the danger of overheating may have serious consequences, heat imaging inspections are often applied and at Nanoc Inspecties we are not restricted to solar panels or real estate
